Refund & Return Policy

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Contact support first so we can log your return and confirm the details. Email support@novraskin.world or call (307) 392-8090. Live support is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.

Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and is inspected, usually within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
