Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Ravello Co LLC, trading as Növra Skin.

One-time shop orders

Products purchased through THE SHOP are standard one-time orders. Your card is charged once at checkout for the item and any applicable taxes shown before payment.

Memberships

Növra Skin memberships renew automatically every 30 days at the price shown at checkout until canceled from account settings. You may skip, pause, or cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is confirmed by email and shipped. If an item is out of stock or an order cannot be fulfilled, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout on novraskin.world. Payment details are collected securely at checkout. Charges on your card or bank statement will appear as NOVRA* SKINCARE (or NOVRASKIN.WORLD).

Products

Everything we sell is formulated for cosmetic use and shipped full size. Colour and texture on screen may differ slightly from the product in person.
